At Megantic, we believe that our team culture is very important. We make it a priority to celebrate as many milestones as we can. Including birthdays, weddings, pregnancies and work anniversaries.
Birthdays
We celebrate birthdays monthly at Megantic. For example, January birthdays, February birthdays, and so on.
When we celebrate these birthdays, we typically ask what they would like to enjoy. Take a look at October’s birthday celebrations in 2021. We ordered cupcakes in a range of flavours for our three team members celebrating birthdays - Zan, Blake and James.
Weddings and Engagements
Weddings and engagements are such an exciting time in the office. We decorated Milos’ desk when he got married and made a small celebration in the office.
Pregnancy, Babies and Children
We highly value our team’s children and make an effort to make our office a safe space for them.
During the 2021 Christmas season, we invited Santa to visit the office and meet our kids - they had a blast!
Work Anniversaries
We celebrate three work anniversaries: 1 year, 5 years and 10 years. As 2022 is our 10 year anniversary, two of our team will receive this award: owners Zan and Vancho.
We value loyalty, and reward clients and our team who value this as well.
