Background

Highgrove Bathroom is a retail company with 50+ stores that had little to no previous online visibility. They were looking to improve their online presence, drive more traffic to their website, and increase in-store and online sales.

Strategy

Our strategy involved a multi-faceted approach to improving the online presence of our client's 50 stores. We implemented the following tactics:

  • Updated all 50 Google My Business listings with accurate and consistent information. We created individual website pages for each store, with custom meta titles and descriptions.
  • Implement onsite and offsite promotional strategies to help improve Google map listings and increase location-based keywords.
  • Generate 20+ citations per business listing.
  • Set up advanced tracking for all relevant metrics (calls, emails, map views, and directions clicked).
  • Continuously adapt and optimise the platform to respond to ongoing market changes.

Execution

We segmented, redirected, and mapped all 50 location pages with existing or newly created Google Business pages, verified and updated content, and prepared consistent data to be used in business citations.
