With over 30 years combined experience in the snowboard, skateboard and longboard industry Twelve Board Store have seen it all, ridden it all and travelled everywhere.
Insight
- We identified the growth in board sports & the opportunity to help grow one of the leading brands in this space
- Twelveboard store had migrated to Shopify in June 2018 & post migration experienced a loss in keyword rankings and traffic
- We partnered with Twelve Boardstore in late 2018
Our Approach
Stage 1 – Following a review of their business, we implemented our proprietary full market mapping research pre-Christmas 2018.
Stage 2 – We rolled out optimization for Snow Gear category as determined by our research.
Stage 3 – Growth and protection began in 2019 and since then we have delivered significant increases in all key metrics keyword rankings, new users, returning users, sessions, eCommerce conversion rates, transactions and revenue.
